WHO WE ARE
Start Young Prosper Young Limited (SYPY Ltd) is a purpose-driven social enterprise founded by
Rosemary Zawedde, a Social Worker, Growth Coach, Agripreneur, and Women & Youth
Empowerment Advocate. To date, SYPY Ltd has trained over 3,000 women, empowered more than
5,000 young people in schools, colleges, and organized groups, and collaborated with 10 partner
companies dedicated to youth and women empowerment. SYPY Ltd is also a winner of the
prestigious NSSF Hi-Innovator Award, celebrating impactful and scalable enterprises in Uganda.
